Over the decades I’ve survived a dozen or so layoff events, but it looks like my luck has finally run out. My current employer has off shored and eliminated my position effective soon. While this was a shock at first, I’ve now progressed to where I can see the new opportunities on the horizon. As with all change there is some trepidation about what my future now holds. I plan to embrace this change and look forward to this new chapter of my life.
